I've emailed a few on this, now asking everyone, since its official
that I need it:

I need a replacement transmission for my 83 diesel westy.

Anybody having such or specific information (phone number, etc.) please
let me know hwat you have and how much you want for it, shipping to
Alabama estimate if you know it.

Also, my shop seemed like prefer me to find the transmission, send it
to them and let them put it in. Since I could do that myself, is there
any reason (such as tricky linkage setup that could take special tools)
why I should turn it over to them?
