I like to use a Reliance Fold-A-Carrier.  I remove the
spigot and insert the garden hose into the cap, which
I put facing up.  The carrier is opaque plastic, so
you can see when it is full.  After emptying/rinsing,
you can fold it flat and stow it most anywhere.
