Thanks for all the input, after 10 minutes of fiddling with a sewing needle,
I took the instrument cluster out, loosened the two screws behind the clock
and it popped right back into place! I VERY carefully set the correct time,
and I am now ready to roll!

Oh yes, I now know where the brake fluid goes.
