My 89 Westy has power windows. When I operate the passenger window from the driver's seat, the window moves very slowly, like it is running on 5 volts or something. It seems to work OK from the pasenger seat. Where should I look for the voltage drop? Process is simple: unbolt, remove (once you figure out how) and the manual pieces bolt right in. I sold the regulators and the switches but left the wiring in the doors. A friendly list memeber (local too!) sold me new door panels which were similar, but had different trim. Biggest thing was getting the stupid power regulators out! I found it's similar to learning to roll a kayak -- on paper it makes no sense, but once you 'get it' it's the simplest thing ever. > > Keep in mind that the resale on the van will drop and that the regulators are worth A LOT of $$ if they're in good condition. > > john >
