Is there really a rebuilder out there selling a $1,250 2.1 (or a $1,150 1.9) with new heads/pistons/etc...??? I tried to check AVPs site but it's still down. I see that BD advertises at $1,749.95, but that's still $500 more.

Ron, you mentioned it before, but who does the rebuilds for you?
