How do you get the wire screen off the air intake on the AC unit on a 90 Carat.  I tried removing the side pillar covers then undoing the bolts at the front and the plastic nuts along the back edge of the housing, but it did not appear to want to budge, it was as though when it was assembled some tape or glue was used and now that has formed a seal.  any help would be appreciated.
