Unless you are experienced and know what you are doing, let the pros do
your windshield.  I stood by (for a whole 20 minutes) and watched one
man r/r the windshield on my '90.  He had many years experience, made it
look too easy.  And the total cost, with tax, was $152, glass and labor.
Money well spent and no glass to dispose of.
