Don't know what the voltage is in the wires going into
the distributor but I had one come in yesterday with
the the wiring shorting out on the distributor body,
had to position the plug(what was left of it) with tie
straps around the distributor till he can get a new
distributor or wiring for the thing. When the wires
get against the housing of the distributor it quits..
