Karen and I did a 10.5 mile roundtrip hike to the
summit of Mt. Wrightson. (5400' to 9400' elev gain
in 4.25 miles!  uuugh)  Like many of these mountain peak
(sky islands) the top was buzzing with flies as well as
ladybugs (everywhere.. ) !
