3M weatherstrip adhesive. It's held my seals on for 2 years so far
w/out a single problem.
Be prepared for a LOT of crud to come out from under the luggage rack.
Think about putting rubber gaskets or some adhesive between the luggage
rack brackets and the roof... they can leak.
