I want to install a middle seat in my 1982 Westy, so I can haul more kids around.  I've looked under the floor and I don't have the tracks installed.  It looks like I have the mounting points in the body.  I've seen pictures of 1985 Westys with tracks and covers in the floor.  Did they come this way or did someone add them?

My main questions are how difficult is it to install the rails (I assume you have to cut up the floor), what parts do I need, and where are good places to find the parts?  My local scrap yards don't have Vanagons.
