The one I installed was labeled as a Bosch WR-1 relay kit.  It included the relay, a relay holder with some wires, a fuse and a fuse holder.  There were also some instructions.  NOTE if you are installing the relay in a Westfalia with the fridge relay under the drivers seat you need some more instuctions (disconect a wire and add a new ground, if you need more info on wire colours I can look it up).
