I've just started noticing that if I start my van when cold, in gear, with
clutch engaged, that ther is a small jolt forward as if the clutch was not fully
engaged.  Is this just a pedal throw adjustment, or more likely something
with the hydraulics? Also, I was wondering if most of you flush & bleed your
clutch system like we do routinely with our brakes.
