Never been to the Getty, but I know the Museum of Contemporary Art is very
good if you are into that.  I love the Abstract Expressionism and that era
of the 40's-70's.  They have a lot.  It has 2 locations, the annex near
Little Tokyo, where you can get a nice lunch.
