Dear fellow, your recommended method to arrive at the ***ultimate*** tire
pressures assumes a linear relationship among the ***many*** elements involved.
It is just too, too simplistic.  For example, applying your rudimentary
mathematical ciphering to the tires on my Sincro, yields pressures which are fifteen
per cent  ***too*** great at the front and ten per cent ***too*** great at
the rear.
