I have removed quite a lot of adhesive vinyl from taxis. Use a
hairdryer to slightly warm the palel, then get a fingernail under a
corner of the decal and carefully & slowly peel it. If it rips you'll
need to start again with each section. Gets painful under the nails
if you have a lot of little stickers (taxi checkers) to remove...
