Somewhere in an office within the Department of Homeland Security in
Washington, DC there is a petty bureaucrat who is about to bite into his first jelly
filled doughnut of the day; ***he*** thinks he needs your Social Security
Number.  Sad to say, the PATRIOT Act permits him to think anything he wants, well
