I found some small round vents at a company here in Sweden that sells parts for boats. They are made by Electrolux ( namechanged to Dometic) used quite frequently on both boats, RVs and campers and is available in white or crome finish, with or without a solar powered fan in them ! Ive also installed a camper roof hatch thats 13X13 inch but Ill probably going to replace that with a glass sunroof picked of a VW Golf in a wreckyard.... But go to a boatstore, they often sells good, waterproof stuff !
