AutoZone stocks 50W single filament light bulbs that I use as brake lights. They used to stock 50W halogen light bulbs which I used as brake lights, parking lights and turn signals in my previous camper, but they cost nearly $7 each. After installing headlight relays, my next project is to relay the taillights. --- aircooled chris <aircooledchris@EUCASAFARI.VENDIOWEB.COM> wrote: > I finally did my homework in the archives, as admittedly I > should have > done in the first place and did find the needed info on > brighter turn > signal, side marker, break and reverse lights for a vanagon. > > This is NAPA part # #7352970 (if you try the archives, some > list a dash > in them, but their website does not recognize the dash, FYI.) > > $2.49 each and with shipping for 8 of them + tax, my total > came to $26.26 > > Pretty small investment to become a little more visable at > night to the > crazy drivers out there. > > Thanks again for the tips and for referring me to the > archives. > > best, > aircooled chris > ===== Chris S.'85 Westy Camel -> http://www.knology.net/~vw/vws/camel/ '84 Westy Hershey -> http://www.knology.net/~vwghost/hershey/ '01 NB TDI -> http://www.knology.net/~vw/Beetle.jpg
