holly cow! some bitter people out there! All I asked for was the
following and some guidance, and almost everybody who responded gave me
the 3rd degree ... on how bad it is there ... how worse it is going to
be there ... and how worst it is going to be there...  :-|     No
guidance or help at all.  Oh, well!

Holly Molly! I am not sure if that is the way I would wish someone good
luck to their new place! Anyway, thanks for all the input...
