Check the lower wing window pivot.  My guess is that
in breaking the wing window it dislodged the
hunk-O-rust that was keeping the pivot tight.

The drain in the wing window frame sucks and both of
my pivots rotted out requiring I buy new frames and
associated hardware.

If this is the case, have fun doing the replacement
and don't forget your cuss words :-)
