Trying to install AT into MT Vanagon,would like to get some help. Have parts salvaged grom wrecked Vanagons but... White plastic tubing protecting throttle cable is crumbling from old age.Is there substitute tubing vs getting it from stealer? Is stickshift floor hole location the same as for AT or needs to be moved? Wiring issues? TIA leon 85 Subwagen
