As others have said, that is a standard roof from some early campers. I have one sitting on a Vanagon roof in my driveway. I bought it in hopes of using it for just what you have in mind, standing room without popping the top. The contour of the Vanagon roof is way different so it won't do for what I wanted. The Vanagon roof is much flatter side to side. I could modify the fiberglass at the bottom to fit the flatter shape but the various other lines and edges molded into the fiberglass are curved to match the older roof and it looks funny on the Vanagon. I can send a quick photo if you like.
