Unfortunately, eBay's feedback system is a joke. Leaving negative feedback
usually results in a retaliatory negative feedback, and there's nothing you
can do about it (other than agree to withdraw both feedbacks with the
seller/buyer).
If he doesn't want to sell you the item, the best you can hope for is a
prompt refund. If all else fails, file a PayPal fraud report within 30 days
of auction close. If PayPal finds him in fault, they will refund your funds
and suspend his account.
Good Luck,
Jeff

I won a tool on E-bay, to be used on my Vanagon Syncro.
I got a good deal on it and the seller knows it. I payed
for it the very next day with paypal. I haven't heard
from the seller, since I won the deal, 6 days ago. I think
he knows that he is selling this tool to cheap therefore, he
has made no effort to contact me. What would you do?
