As someone mentioned before, a curtain came stock on Wolfsburgs which snaps behind the seats. Carats also came with this curtain. Bottom has normal snaps.

If you want to make once yourself the snaps are readilly available at sewing stores. IIRC places like Go Westy sell these curtains new.
