I would definitely go have some lobstah somewhere on the southern coast of

Drive the Kancamagus (112 I think) highway through the white mountains in NH
You could really test out your rig and try to drive the auto road to the top
of Mt. Washington (I would recommend the hike though)
Don�t know what your final destination is, but driving 100 or 7 down through
the green mtns in VT is beautiful too
Or cross over to NY and drive through the adirondacks
