The big red Rainier sign has been down for a few years, replaced by a
big green T sign which was for Tully's coffee.  However, they have moved
out and the building is for sale, last I heard.  There was some talk of
preserving the building and turning it into an artists' colony, but I
believe there were some funding issues.
