I have the "opportunity" to replace my power steering rack due to a leaking seal, and noticed that the instructions for my rebuilt unit specify flushing out the system. However, there are no instructions for how do do this, and Bentley is woefully short on data regarding power steering system in general and this in particular. Any favorite methods out there besides just opening lines and pouring in P/S fluid with engine running? I will replace filter in P/S reservoir as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
