I have a couple of Westfalia/Camper manuals that I want to scan and put
into .pdf form.  I can scan and get one image at a time.  Can someone point
me to software or method to get the individual images into one .pdf file?
Or public domain software that will allow scanning multiple pages into a
single .pdf?  Before I pass these manual on to people that need them I want
to create a .pdf that can be shared by many.
