Well, let's see if this works.  A .pdf of the 1988 Camper Supplement should
be downloadable from here:

Let me know if that doesn't work.
I went to Dropbox because I couldn't get the file uploaded to the
WetWesties files section on Yahoo.  If that works then it's avialable to
all.
