I dunno...that's only 2500 picofarads, even at that high voltage.  Or
as we oldish-timers used to call them, micro-microfarads.  You could
build a capacitor with window glass and tinfoil, put it in an
oil-filled box and haul it on a trailer, and really have something to
work with.
