Will having a 2.1L in my 1985 Westy, which originally had the 1.9L create
problems when I go to smog it next year? I just left a CA Test Only Station
after getting my 95 T-100 smogged and I was talking with one of the tech's
and I mentioned my engine swap and that I would be bringing my Vanagon in
soon for it's next smog test and he expressed some concerns with
confiiciting compression and other stuff in going from a 1.9 to a 2.1 in
85. Is he full of it or right on it?
