Thanks Everyone,

I got the instructions and it doesn't look difficult.  May as well be
thorough drop the tank so that I do not have to do it again.

I talked to one mechanic and he told me that it is very difficult, a 6 hour
job, and would cost $450.  Hate to question the man's honesty, but I did
find that hard to believe.
