Mike,

    First, check connectivity of the small blue wire on the back off the
alternator.

    The clicking relay sound from the fridge relay is suspicious. I would
also take some voltage readings at the battery with engine off, idling and
at 2k rpm, all electrical consumers off then on. Let me know what you get.
