Subject:Diff. between 1991 Multivan and Carat?

We found a Vanagon that we may be able to use for parts -- considering
buying it..

We have a 1991 Westfalia Multivan that needs a new hatch and bumpers
(and interior seats .. heck could use a lot of new things..).

We found a 1991 VW Carat with some body damage.  Is the structure
similar enough that we can use parts from it (like the hatch and
bumpers -- most important.)
