That's a neat add-on. I was considering making something like this
myself, but with a couple of dustproof lidded oddments boxes
built-in, and possibly hidden headunit and
radar/laser-detector/scrambler.

It would be easier to buy this and modify it... it looks like fiberglass.

The color looks good, but in sunny weather will cause serious
reflections in the windshield.
