to the frame rails itself.

The first picture is of the seat bottom with just the bolts, the others
of the bolts themselves.

I still cant believe I lost one of these. I really try to hold onto
stuff well when working, but these odd bolts that I need now to just
install the seat and I lose one. go fig.
