I dunno -- it just feels more natural to sleep with my head toward the
front of the van. There's this nice shelf to put my bedtime book on
along with my reading glasses, a glass of water, the lighting is up
there,  . . . no real reason, I guess, just feels right.  Like a small
one-man backpacking tent, feet go in first.
