A question for all the Etka & PC gurus out there...

While trying to install the Euro Etka on my PC today I keep coming up
with an error message.

After a search of the archives, I found the fix of copying the
LEXHDL5.DLL from the EPC_PROG.W95 directory to the epc_prog directory.

Did this...  no change..

Error message I get:   Error     oiedep.envs.c.ntwin   Deployment
Library not Authorized

Anyone out there know how to fix this issue..?
