I am wondering if the Sciroco steering wheel has the horn?

What are the direct nice bolt on options?

The SW in a vanagon is so flat, it drives like a truck. I wonder how a
smaller SW would do?
The scirroco seems not that small. Might be ok. I would nver go for a
real sporty one.
