Volks,

You may remember my fuel pump keeps failing, both Bosche and FLAPS.  Put a
pre filter in and there is nothing bad coming out of the tank, at least not
in 400 miles of driving there isn't.

It wouldn't start today and I jumped direct from the battery and it worked
fine and then started.

But when I measure voltage at the pump it's around 12-13 which is about what
it is at the battery.

Any ideas of what's going on?  Possible fixes?
