Subject:fuel injection tuning

HI,

I've written a fair amount on how to tune the AFM flap tension, so that
the base fuel injection pulse is match to rpm. The basic procedure is to
disconnect the O2, and connect a DVOM to the sensor. Drive at or above
3000 rpm, and observe the voltage. .7 volts and above , tighten the
spring, mixture is too rich. .3 volts and below loosen the spring,
mixture is too lean. There are other components to this tuning , which
may be valuable in getting a good basic fuel pulse setup.

If you like search the archives under my last name, Keller. 98-2003,
for detailed writeups.

Sincerely,

Mark Keller
