Don, I live about 170 miles north of the FL line in Macon,. Friday morning was quite cool here and even though I keep my '84 in the garage attached to my house, it was probably in the low 60s in the garage. Van started and fast idle kicked in as it is suppose to. One of the keys to a getting the fast idle correct on an '84 is the auxiliary air regulator. This has to be working correctly and the vacuum tubing and fittings in and around it have to be free of leaks.
