I have an 85 Westy and got my registration renewal in
Arnold's  California and it too has a Test Only Center
requirement for my smog  test.

Hi Paul -

"Arnold's" I presume is Arnold - Calaveras County. Consider the county -  you
might be new to the area. This is not LA or SF/Oak - the standards here are
a little different.
