Neither job is as difficult as many people think. Easier to put the
Westy stuff in the Syncro.

It would really come down to the price and availability of the donors,
as well as condition. The required skill sets differ for the 2 jobs as
do the tools needed.
Most people would be better off putting the camper stuff in a Syncro
since the other way around requires a ton of mechanical work.
