I admit that I am guilty of ignoring the numerous tire discussions, but have
now gotten corralled into helping my sister-in-law get some new tires for
her Vanagon. It's a stock Vanagon, nothing fancy, but we want safe tires
that are decent in snow. No need to spend $120/tire, but also willing to pay
what it takes get decent shoes.

I only need the short version, of which ones (Brand, model, and I'm assuming
185/75/15, are available at Costco or Sam's Club (where she shops), that
have the correct load ratings to be safe.
