If you know someone who has a hosed Dometic Fridge (pun intended) you
can use the Dometic exhaust hose, it's around 1" and should carry the
heat exhaust ok and is somewhat flexible.

In fact, you could use the whole intake/exhaust setup from the fridge
and mount it through the wall for a nice exterior appearance....it
would just look like you two fridge vents...
