In Etka, how do you dechipher the following:

tapping screw B 4,2 x 19

I wanted to try getting some fasteners locally rather than at the dealer
(because they usually are .50 to $2 each)
but need to know how to translate the terminology into something that I
can use at the local hardware parts bin.
