....and the engineer who designed the thermostat housing location on
the 1.9 WBX was on crack.  Actually the whole WBX cooling system
engineering team must have been on crack or similar drug.

it's a PITA to get the 1.9 thermostat and the coolant goes all over
the ground when you remove it....and of course you have to do it
while underneath the car hence the warning for safety glasses...

The 2.1 location is better, but not by much.  I guess they were
running low on crack by the time they did the 2.1 design....
