Mr Cardo, had you taken a moment to read the post properly, you would have
noted that the "Marks Brothers" were installing the rear glass using a new
rubber seal with NO trim.  As you are no doubt aware, they can be purchased
with or without the rubber channel for trim.  There was no bead locker to
remove.

As I mentioned in the post, removing the trim without adding a filler, is a
mistake.  There would be no problem in removing the trim and adding a
similar sized filler.
